Triage Cancer is a national, nonprofit organization that provides education on the practical and legal issues that may impact individuals diagnosed with cancer and their caregivers, through events, materials, and resources.
A cancer diagnosis can be a life altering event, not only for the individual diagnosed, but also for an individual’s family, friends, caregivers, and community of support. Triage Cancer helps people move beyond diagnosis.
The first thoughts of an organic company came during the summer of 2008 when my house was damaged by a severe storm and became infested with insects. Pregnant at the time and increasingly eco-conscious, I started reading the labels of traditional insect repellents and realized they were ridden with harmful chemicals and other ingredients that were unknown to me. Fearful of what these chemicals could do to my unborn child, my family and I began to research various essential oils and the properties they contained.
Shortly thereafter, we invested in a small machine that allowed us to mix small quantities of essential oils. After much research we wound up with a variety of oils, all of which had repellent properties to varying degrees. By dint of hard work and extensive mixing and matching we eventually derived a formula that actually repelled insects, was kind to skin and was safe. Sharing with friends and other family members led to positive confirmation of our findings and Greenerways Organic Bug Spray was born.
August Cruz talks about writing his book from the eyes of the stalker.
In "Stalker", Everest witnesses this remarkably beautiful woman perform one of the few acts of kindness towards a needy stranger he has seen in years, and the memory of that kindness awakens something in him that he thought was lost forever, hope. He resolves to find out more about this woman until eventually the darkness that has eroded his mind and soul over the years begin to take hold over him and drive him into a dangerous obsession – all without her knowing that he’s watching her every move. As he secretly delves deeper into her life, his own begins to unravel until one day, imagining her to be in danger and himself as her protector, he takes matters into his own hands with life-altering results. Sonoran Winds Hospice, provides palliative and hospice care specializing in providing care for veterans, law enforcement, fire fighters and first responders. Hospice and palliative care focus on the entire patient, clinical, emotional, psycho- social, and spiritual. Our patients often have unique issues that come from combat stress and/or PTSD issues. We go to extra lengths to make sure we honor these patients in ways that we know work, as we are veterans ourselves. We also employee title 38 agents to help apply for benefits and navigate the VA system to apply for available benefits at no cost to the veteran. We are a VA certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and the owners are both veterans with combat deployments and one with a purple heart. We are currently expanding in areas like San Diego with large military populations, and partnering with foundations to
ensure we have the full scope of services for all veterans regardless of their country of service.

Kenneth and Cathy Pratt have been married for 19 years and are blessed with five children and six grandchildren. They reside in the coastal town of Lincoln City, Oregon with the beach less than half a mile away. Pratt has written three novels, two published and one unpublished. He has also penned a collection of children's stories, which were originally bedtime stories for his son.
Pratt works full time in building maintenance and writes late at night after everyone else goes to bed, so four to five hours of sleep a night is not uncommon at all.
Pratt says, "I write for the purpose of changing lives, perhaps to lead some to the Lord, to plant a seed, and to encourage Christians in particular, to endure hardship."
I am a big fan of using the Lord's providence in my stories, so a small thing, may have huge results in my stories
